Kirk Wood, a third-generation builder, has deep roots in the Charleston area, from the historic streets of downtown Charleston to the scenic Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. Growing up immersed in the region’s diverse architectural landscape, Kirk honed his skills by working alongside every trade in the construction field. This hands-on experience paved the way for his transition into managing his father’s construction company. When his father semi-retired in 2012 to embrace mountain life, Kirk seized the opportunity to establish K C Wood Custom Homes LLC. Since its inception, K C Wood Custom Homes has committed itself to crafting exceptional custom homes across the Carolinas.
