Kirk Wood, Owner

From a young age I enjoyed drawing of all forms and architecture especially. I spent countless days drawing on my father's drafting table. I went on to take four years of drafting at Wando. As a builder I found that I could use all of my years of drawing homes and experience building other architect's designs that I should design my own homes. I've found it highly rewarding to figure out what each lot is capable of being with a family home design in mind. I strive to not eliminate the empty nester, the family that's just getting started or any where in between with the help of my team. We've been blessed with some of the best clients anyone could ever ask for and welcome you to contact us. 

Ami Wood, Designer

Although I enjoyed being a corporate bank lender for over 14 years, my true passion was design and style. Kirk and I collaborate on builds, both of us have amazing ideas and when they come together it is so rewarding. The most rewarding feeling is having clients tell you "I absolutely love my home!". I love to help clients see potential in creating something spectacular that begins with raw land and becomes their dream home!
