Kirk C Wood is a third generation builder. Kirk as a builder's son grew up in the Charleston area which included historic downtown Charleston, N Charleston, historic Summerville, Wild Dunes of the Isle of Palms & throughout Mount Pleasant. Kirk worked alongside every trade learning through his younger years and eventually transitioned into management of his father's construction company. His father semiretired in 2012 to enjoy mountain life and K C Wood Custom Homes LLC was formed. Since then K C Wood Custom Homes' mission is to design and build the best quality custom homes with the finest finishes with the help of our family team.
